Purchase and delivery
The founding-beta price is $129 USD as a one-time payment with no subscription. It is limited to the first 10 paid buyers. The planned post-beta price is $297 USD, subject to change before the general release. The buyer receives access to the current AI HR Manager Kit customer files by email within 24 hours after successful payment.
Single-business license
One purchase grants one business entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to adapt and use the kit internally. The buyer may share adapted materials with its employees, managers, and professional advisers for that entity's internal business purposes.
The buyer may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, upload the kit to a template marketplace or shared library, use it as training data for a competing product, or remove ValuedHR ownership notices from the original files. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred.
Support
Product support covers file access, clarification of template instructions, and correction of product defects. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays.
Support does not include legal advice, policy approval, case-specific employee-relations advice, system integration, custom drafting, or implementation services. Do not send employee, applicant, medical, complaint, investigation, payroll, or other sensitive case information through product support.
Fourteen-day founding-beta refund policy
To request a voluntary founding-beta refund, the buyer must email support@valuedhr.com within 14 calendar days after purchase and include the order email or order ID plus a brief reason for the request. One or two sentences is enough. The reason is required so ValuedHR can identify issues and improve the product. Do not include confidential employee, applicant, medical, complaint, investigation, payroll, or other sensitive information.
The reason requirement does not apply to duplicate charges or to refunds and remedies required by applicable law. If files are missing, corrupted, or materially different from the sales description, ValuedHR will first offer corrected access; if the problem cannot be corrected within two business days, ValuedHR will issue a full refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund, the buyer's license and access rights end. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Beta updates
Founding-beta buyers receive the first material update issued within 90 days of purchase, if one is issued. Continued updates after that period may require a membership or separately stated upgrade.
Educational materials, not legal advice
The kit provides educational information and operational templates. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, determine whether an employment decision is lawful, or replace qualified review. Laws and requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time.
